Q: I've been looking for work for months. I've been sending resumes and let the entire world that I know I need a job like all the books in the race, but we recommend that you have no prospects yet. Part of me wants to see that the next job, no matter what it is. What am I doing wrong?

There are so many things that one has to consider in implementing a successful job search and when it appears as if you're doing everything right and still there is potential deals on the horizon, can be very discouraging. The critical thing to remember when you reach this stage is that each step along the way has a value.
Have evidence that the Job Search Blues
You wake up and decide that they will not waste your time looking for more.
You sit on the couch all day and watch bad television wonder why it seems that everyone in TV is much happier than you and employment in the batter.

The length of time a job search takes, the number of rejections you receive, and the number of interviews that will interact directly with their level of confidence and feelings of self-efficacy. Remember that interviewers are reflected in the lack of any feelings you may have and this will only hurt you.
What to do
Do something every day that drives their search for work in a positive direction. That may mean setting up another interview or request information from someone in your network for the names of 2 other persons with whom you might want to talk.
Strategies and assess what they have done. Document what has worked and what did not and make adjustments.
Continue building your network. Be as relevant as when talking to people and tell them what they hope to achieve with this job search. The most important may be the more likely it is to connect people who may be able to help.
Stay positive. Create a vision for yourself and imagine yourself meeting with your new job.
Remember to spend some time each day doing something you enjoy doing and surround yourself with positive people to support their trip and will listen if you need a shoulder to rely on.
Working with a professional coach to help you re-evaluate what you are doing and what other avenues you can consider using. A professional trainer can help you with your resume or help you refine your skills. It may also be able to suggest some ways to continue construction of its network. Most importantly, however, is that a good trainer can help you stay on track, support you when you feel like giving up, and help you stay connected to what you do and how you want your voice career goals.
