I just finished reading "The College Students Step by Step Guide to Landing Site" by Michael Krush. As a website owner and the employment of teenagers, entry-level resume writing business, I try to read every book I could work on adolescent stage. I was very impressed with this book and is one of the best books I've read that focuses on the public school.
As the title suggests, this is a guide that covers all aspects of the job search process and is written in a conversation and easy to follow. I like the writing style of the author and I think it works well for it is written for teenagers. I found the book to be very informative and comprehensive, covering all aspects of the job search process. I though the real world examples will help solidify your points and also made the book more attractive. My favorite section is when the author plunges into actual skills. He mentioned a couple of techniques that I have never heard of before. Another big part of the book is the extensive list of resume templates provided. It also gives very good advice on what to include in your life and how to get your account.
In conclusion, I recommend this book to any teen or college age job seeker. I would also recommend this book to the guidance counselor and college career workers, since it contains a lot of great techniques that you can share.
